Principle Function: Under the direction of the Vice President of Programs and Services, the program director will serve as point person for information and referral, intake screening, interactive involvement in service delivery related to residential care, family assistance, therapeutic community meetings, and coordination of After Care program services and community networking activities.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields required. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields preferred. LCSW or LMSW preferred. Proven social services experience with 3+ years in nonprofit program management.

Status: Full-time with benefits.
