Gracewood, a Christian ministry, empowers at-risk single mothers and their families by providing housing, mentoring, teaching, financial planning, counseling, and access to community resources. The Family Life Coordinator will develop a mentoring relationship with each client family and role model positive life skills necessary for successful independent living in addition to managing the cottage household. A residential position which will be located at our Spring Branch campus. Principle Function: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Intake Specialist/Counselor will facilitate all client intake/admissions by answering calls, providing information and referrals and managing the intake interview process. Additionally, the Intake Specialist/Counselor will provide counseling support by leading groups, meeting with clients for individual counseling sessions, and serving as a member of the treatment team.

Education and Experience: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field is required and must be fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Ideally the applicant also has five years of experience in the field and supervisory experience.

Status: Full-time with benefits. Requires flexible hours due to client needs.

Summary: Gracewood, empowering at risk single mothers and their families through Christian ministry, is designed to provide housing, mentoring, teaching, financial planning, counseling, and access to community resources.

We are looking to add a maintenance technician to our team. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will maintain all grounds, buildings, vehicles and equipment in good working order.

This is a full time position complete with a robust benefit package including health care plans, retirement plans and more. 

Qualifications: High School/GED preferred; Experience in grounds keeping, care of buildings, vehicles and related equipment. Skills must include knowledge of mechanical equipment and a working knowledge of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other related trades.

Salary: $15-$17/hour. Full-time with benefits.

The Program Coordinator will provide support to the Program Director, staff and clients through a combination of on-going responsibilities as well as those requested on an as needed basis.
