Principle Function: Under the direction of the Program Director, the Family Life Coordinator (FLC) will manage the cottage household. Additionally, the FLC will develop a mentoring relationship with each client family and role model positive life skills necessary for successful independent living. The FLC will communicate frequently to Program Director the status of each family’s progress in order to develop, review and revise the plan of service for each family.

Requirements and Experience: Valid Texas Driver’s License; Criminal background check and references required; Bachelor’s degree in a human service field is preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required with prior relevant employment.

Principle Function: Under the direction of the President, the Program Director will (1) oversee all programs and services for both residential and non-residential clients and ensure the physical and mental safety of clients by ensuring trauma-informed service delivery (2) provide leadership and supervision to frontline staff and (3) ensure program success, grant compliance and that client outcomes are met by providin ongoing program development through evaluation and continuous quality improvement

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field required, Master’s degree preferred and at least 5 years relevant work experience providing supervision and leadership to a mid-size residential facility.
