Principle Function: This is a working supervisor position. Under the direction of the President, the Maintenance Supervisor performs the work of and provides the daily supervision to the Maintenance Department. They will be engaged in the operational maintenance of the buildings and grounds of the facility by planning, scheduling, supervising, and performing routine and assigned work including but not limited to: preventative maintenance and repair work on HVAC and other building systems, event set up support, and labor support for other departments. 

Education and Experience: High school diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred. 5 years of experience in facility maintenance work with an emphasis on repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems or a combination of experience, training, and education which will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability. 2 years of supervisory experience.

Status: Full-time with benefits; Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
